FAQ

Do I need to be registered before applying?
Yes, you need to hold current MARA registration to participate. The programme is designed for registered agents at any stage of their practice.
Is this delivered online or in-person?
Sessions are delivered via Zoom. In-person meetings at the Blacktown office can be arranged for Sydney-based mentees on request.
What is immiCRM and do I need prior experience?
immiCRM is a purpose-built CRM and automation platform for migration agents. No prior experience needed — full onboarding and setup is included in the programme.
Can this count toward CPD hours?
No — Migration Mentors is a business and practice mentoring programme, not a CPD provider. Sessions cannot be counted toward your OMARA CPD requirements.
Why only 12 agents in each cohort?
Keeping the cohort small ensures every member gets genuine 1-on-1 attention from Rajwant plus a tight, high-quality peer group. This is not a course or mass coaching programme.
What happens after 6 months?
You complete the programme as a fully equipped migration business owner — with your systems running, your marketing working and your practice built to grow without you being trapped in it.
